When a legal matter also needs financing
Counsel addresses legal strategy, representation and deadlines. Reinier separately reviews mortgage financing questions. Client-specific information should be shared only with appropriate authorization and through an agreed secure channel.
A financing review is not legal advice, an approval or a guarantee that a legal deadline can be met.
Prepare for the financing conversation
Identify the property, current debt, intended outcome and unresolved ownership or title questions. A financing inquiry cannot be assumed to stop or postpone a foreclosure sale.
